Great for stomach health
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These white capsules are easy to swallow. Husband has been using it more than me and after recently being on antibiotics, it does seem to help with his stomach. He has not been needing to use the bathroom as often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were good for digestion and help with constipation. I took these at different times that it helped regulate everything. Definitely something I recommend for somebody who gets constipated and needs a little bit of a push.

This product helps my gut health
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a health care worker so time is essential for me. I take my probiotics in the morning after my run but if I forget I will take it before I go to sleep. I like that I can take this with or without food.
