To be honest, I ṛeally like cream soda but the bubbles sometimes upset my digestion so a doctor suggested water sweetening drops. These are about as close as I have found to a cream soda flavor and there are no unpleasant side effects. These brighten up my ice water, my grandkids love them, and there's no sugar to worry about!

Best artificial sweetner
I decided to give up all artificial sweetner products but Stevia seems to be harmless. I checked with a nurse I work with who is a "Health Nut" and has done a lot of research. She told me that Sweet Leaf is the best with no additives. I used the powder packets but they are a little trouble to open plus I was always losing some of the powder so I ordered this liquid and am very pleased with it. WARNING: On the order site it says Refrigerate after Opening but I can't find it on the bottle however it is on the Berry Flavor bottle so I put mine in the fridge. I put a little lemon juice in the water and add Stevia to taste. I've not missed diet drinks or my usual powdered drink mixes that had Aspertame in them. And, I feel much better after a week.
