• Adults 18 years of age and older: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue and repeat, if needed, every 15 minutes for 3 more doses. Then, dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue every hour until symptoms improve. • Children under 18 years of age: Ask a doctor.

Arnicare Arthritis works well
It really works and I can walk without having pain on every step. Ibuprofen, Advil and other NSAID medicine are stronger and work faster, but have bad side-effects and cause pain in a stomach. So I prefer Arnicare Arthritis which is gentler and safer.

These Boiron arthritis relief melt-away tablets really help. I am unable to take NSAIDS, so, finding something to help relieve pain and stiffness that come as a result of arthritis is a real plus. They melt quickly when placed under the tongue and have a pleasant taste. I don't "feel them working" but I suddenly realize that my pain has subsided.
