Excellent!

Really great for calming fits of nerves and a quick lift me up when you are feeling upset, anxious or stressed. Also good to take a few drops before you sleep, if you have had a really bad day and find yourself ruminating through the day's events. I take this before flights too to soothe myself.

An excellent herbal remedy!

Bach rescue remedy is one the best herbal supplements that I use on a daily basis to ease anxiety and calm my mind. As I reach older age the health benefit from using just a few drops on my tongue is quite noticeable. It has a pleasant taste and comes in a neat package. I'll continue buying this amazing product for its natural ingredient for the rest of my life. It's value for money and high quality!
