You and your cats will love it~!!
Ok, the last cat tree we ordered wasn't what we hoped. This one, however, is a huge hit. The kitten LOVES it. She climbs all over, adores playing with the dangly mouse (very entertaining for us), and loves the three highest levels the most. She even started scratching on the sisal posts immediately, without us having to show her - and we have been trying to get her to use a scratching post instead of my furniture. Yes, it does sway slightly when she is vigorously playing at the top, but she adjusted quickly to that and it feels secure enough that I'm comfortable it won't fall over. Plus, it looks good, so I'm not dealing with some eyesore - it blends in nicely in my family room without feeling like it is taking over. VERY happy with this purchase.

Excellent quality , highly recommend.
Let's just say Lola loves her new kitty house. The cat tree houses for indoor cats assembly was super easy with clear instructions. The quality of the house is solid. And the furry covering is very soft and supple. It was also exactly the correct height with the window sill so Lola can enjoy a little sun while pretending to pounce birds that land outside the window. Highly recommend for your cat or ferret. Sturdy and roomy
This cat tower was well packaged, easy to assemble, and seems sturdy. I will update in a few months. It's so soft, and the grey is a good neutral color. Unlike many cat towers the little house part is big enough for a cat, not just a kitten. My ginger boy is 16lbs and my black kitty is 12lbs. Both can curl up and snooze on the tallest perch and in the house. The ginger discovered the window on the house and loves to poke his head out to see what's going on. The walls of the house are soft, which is part of why it accommodates larger kitties. So far they love it and so do I!
