Didn't expect a lot from a fairly small apple. Surprise! Truly sweet and crisp. Exceedingly good. As good as any apple I've bought at orchards and farmers markets over the years. Big plus; it's organic. Commercial apples are NOT healthy. They're sprayed with with lots of bug and mold deterrents that simply can't be peeled or cooked away. Great taste and healthy.

I can't speak for their use in baking or cooking, but these must be about the best all around Apple to put in lunchboxes or to have on hand for a healthy snack. It's best when they are not out of stock, Wally seems to be struggling lately with that on several items that I'm aware of. These are my first choice otherwise. Excellent taste; sweet over tart balance with a texture that's crisp, juicy and firm with a great appearance too...and Organic! This explains my spendier Apple choice justification. Quality? Verily, I say thee yay. What say you?
