In another 30 seconds, this thing was picking up hickory nuts in mowed bermuda fast!!! It was a little more challenging in the fescue but still did the job.

This thing is awesome for picking up acorns!! We recently moved and our new yard has alot of oak trees. I used this on grass, dirt, and pavement with no issues. Sometimes a nut or a stone will get caught, but no big deal. It's actually fun to use too! I rolled up about 10 pounds of acorns over the weekend. I have a friend who is a licensed wildlife rehabilitator so once I cleaned all the stones and broken bits out, all those acorns went to sick and injured critters in rehab!
