Cute top but got no help with defective cup

I really liked the style and fit of this top. However, the cup insert on one was heavily bent making that side look really misshapen. I emailed the company asking for help (i.e, do I attempt to wash it and see if it regains it's shape? get an exchange?) but received no response at all.
