The 4 Color 2 Station Screen Printer is popularly used for printing on clothing (especially for T-shirt), woven fabric, metal, paper, copybook, plastic, circuit board, wood, glass, ceramic tile, leather and other plane printing substrates, which is especially suitable for small businesses and individual printing shop. This screen printing press MUST be fixed on the table with screw before printing.
Each screen frame arm is installed with 3 micro-adjust knobs, the screen frame can be adjusted back and forward, left and right within 0.59inch(15mm). When the color alignment is finished, the upper two fixed handle on the pallet arm can be tightened.This makes the color matching process more precise.Screen frame will remain locked by metal positioning/locking wheels to ensure accurate overprinting.
The frame can rotate 360 degree. On the arm of the pallet, there is a locating dent and locating wheels so that the frame can be fixed firmly when printing.
There are grooves on the three sides of the pallet. Just press the strip into the groove to fix the T-shirts on three sides and then T-shirts can be fixed more stable, printing can be more precise and T-shirts can be cleaner, much better than using glue to fix T-shirts.
The size of the pallet is 22*18inch. The pallet is fixed to the arms by bracket so that the pallet can move 4inch from front to back. The screen frame clamp is 10inch in width. It is suitable for screen frame within 1.6inch thick and 24inch wide. The height of the screen frame can be adjusted within 2inch.

Introduction:
It is mainly used for the four color T-shirt overprinting,it is configured with two t-shirt pallet station;The machine should be fixed on the table.This machine has micro-adjust knobs to move screen plate to position the color for overprinting.

Function Introduction:
1. The chuck of the screen frame can rotate at 360 degree.
2. Each screen frame arm is installed with 3 knobs to finetune the screen plate, screen plate directly fixed on the clamp, loosen the upper two fixed handle on thepallet arm, adjusting the screen frame back and forward, left and right within 15mm by the three finetuning knobs. When the screen plate color alignment is finished, the upper two fixed handle on the pallet arm can be tightened.　
3. Each screen frame’s fixing device is equipped wth precise positioning wheel, when the positioning iron on the arm placed in positioning wheel closely, it can ensure the printing precision.
4. Each screen frame’s fixing device is equipped wth big lock wheel, screen frame arm can easily fall into the metal positioning wheel when touch the two big lock wheels ,and it also can prevent the direct collision between the positioning iron and the metal positioning wheel .
5. Each screen frame’s fixing device is equipped wth adjustable height chuck positioning knobs and adjustable height knobs when lift up the acreen frame;
6. According to the weight of the screen frame, spring tension can be adjusted by the basket screws to achieve balance;
7. Screen frame chuck’s width is (10in) 25cm; It is suitable for screen frame with outside size within (24in)60cm and screen frame with thickness size is within 4cm(1.6in);
8. Screen frame chuck can be adjusted up to 5cm(2in) according to the height of substrates;
9. Screen frame chuck knob fix the screen frame together with the special aluminum alloy plate, and it can be fit closely and be more stable.　
10. This machine is equipped with T shirt type table board 55cm(22in) long, 45cm(18in) thick, 1.8cm(0.7in), the surface of melamine high density furniture board, the surface is fine hemp, more suitable for printing T shirt scraping positioning table glue.
