Use them daily for work. They sound great. I sound great. I can walk around the entire house, even outside while on a call. Worth the money.

This wireless headset has very good range, better than any bluetooth and reception is very good. It works well with the CISCO IP phone software. The only bad is can not distinguish between Skype for business and the CISCO IP phone, so I have to have the SKYPE not running for it to work with just the CISCO IP phone. If I have both running at the same time, then I can't use the remote answering of the headset and it wants to use SKYPE to make phone calls, when I use the button on the headset to answer calls on my CISCO IP phone. There is just no software support to separate the two. Other than that I love the ability to go outside without any interference of signal.
