Having been a long time user of probiotics and digestive enzymes for various reasons, I decided to give a prebiotic a try to see what benefits I could achieve from it. I'm still using it a couple of years later because I find it benefits me in ways different from how the probiotic works. It also has a great strawberry flavour.
