I ended up returning this unit, I found a broken wire to the one in the door. Repaired wire and the factory one worked fine. Called customer serviceI ended up returning this unit, I found a broken wire in the door, repaired it and the factory one worked. E-mailed customer service, and got a RMA to ship it back. could`t have been any easier. Thanks 1A auto.
