nice finish. poor performance

After about 5 years of little use, handle became loose. A couple more years and the pot metal tabs on back wore out and handle broke off. Took some doing to get "life time warranty" replacement. Replacement still good after two years use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

These half pull only sets are worthless

I bought these several years ago and the pot metal attachment broke and kwikset won't replace them because the handle finish was discontinued. I don't need the handle I need the attachment part, but kwikset say they only replace the entire lever and mount flange. I asked them to furnish lever in different color so I can get the mount flange, but they won't do that either. So much for a worthless warranty.
