bubble envelopes are wrong for shipping

this is the second of the same airpot i recently bought. both were broken from shipment in bubble envelopes. the airpots both had broken plastic parts (nipples) inside boxes that had been crushed during shipping. i just bought a third airpot from a different vendor. that should arrive soon. hopefully it's shipped in an outer carton.
