Just used about a week now. Everything good so far, time will tell. The running/walking surface seems more forgiving, a little softer, than the old treadmill I had, which had a hard surface that made my feet hurt. I broke my heals years ago. It has a phone holder. I'm sure a lot of people, like me, use an iPad. If your iPad has a protective cover, it won't fit. I was able to come up with a solution for that. The only thing so far I'm not real happy with, is the handles. You really can't fold enough to get flat. This is an issue with storing between usage. Think they could have easily had some type of foldable arms. I did not install the arms for this reason. It works fine without them.
