Quality and easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These resistance bands are great. I like that there are three strengths, so depending on the exercise, you can make it easier or harder as needed. I usually use these during my barre class, so it was awesome to use them at home doing similar exercises.

Great for physical therapy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband recently had total knee replacement on both knees and his physical therapist used these for his therapy. So I got this Skelcore Elastic Fabric Resistance Hip Band /Glute Band Set. He says its just as good a work out as he gets at therapy. Having them at home has helped keep him on track with therapy!

Great for stretching/strengthening
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using these bands to help continue strengthening my calf muscle at home after an injury. They seem to be durable. I like that they come in a multipack and are clearly marked with the resistance/weight. Definitely takes the guess work out of it!
