Doesn't erase well

Loved it the first month. When I started to erase it for the next month the colors wouldn't budge. It took a lot of work to erase the writing (not even that much; on average 1 entry per day) and the blue left a dark shaded area that won't come off. I've been using the same brand of dry-erase markers on another dry-erase board for years. They work well and there have been no issues whatsoever. I purposely bought another pack of those for the new board because I knew they worked well. This board doesn't erase well! Disappointing!
