This product arrived a day earlier than expected, which I liked. The extra soft rubber ear tip and ear loop help keep the ear piece in place. I like the verbal alerts for incoming calls and other situations and the fact that I can accept or refuse a call or make a call (once I set my phone up to do so) simply by talking to the ear piece. The other features are very good also. The quality of sound is good.

This is the third time that I have purchased this item, and this is by far the best price. Although this is a durable Bluetooth headset, I have destroyed several through abuse, drowning, and neglect. I like the price of this headset, the sound quality and noise reduction are excellent, and I really like that it can stream music and podcasts as well as calls.
