I have Notalgia Paresthetica, which is a sensory nerve condition that typically causes an itchy patch and sometimes a slightly darker spot or pigmentation on the mid-back. I got this product in hopes it would help with the itching, and to me, it does — not all the time, but it helps, and I feel a tingling sensation of relief in that spot, which feels so good. I also applied it to my shoulders when I was extremely tense and tight, and it helped there too. Not 100%, but it was worth the money to me, and I would definitely recommend it.

I love the fact that it is unscented so i can use it and go somewhere, and nobody can smell anything. It is probably the strongest thing out there for pain….but be careful. Until you know it is something you can tolerate, don't spread large amounts of this until you do a small test area first. Many years ago a friend of mine spread massive quantities of this on my entire back which very sensitive as it is. I honestly was in unbearable pain. To make matters worse she then tried to wash it off! Please people, don't do this. I think the package says not to try and wash it off. Not trying to deter you in any way, just want you to be informed about what can happen. I was begging to be taken to the ED. So now, years later i decided to try it again. My pain from my body convinced me it was time to give it a chance. I can know say that this is the best thing out there! I reach for it constantly. I hope this doesn't dissuade anyone from trying it. Just use your head and don't use half a tube at once in one area. I think you will get some relief from this.
