I have a love-hate relationship with this product, the heat gets intense which should be helping arthritis. You have to be careful to wash your hands afterwards or you'll scratch your eye and it will get just as much heat there as on your arthritic limbs.

Wife has Small Nerve Neuropathy and after a back procedure her whole back was horribly itchy. The Capzasin massaged in nightly is very effective in eliminating the itching. We have been brushing her back with a medium hair brush followed by capzasin massage nightly for over 2 years with success.

The Good Stuff
This stuff is the best at warming and long term relief of arthritic joint pain. Some find it to warm for the skin but you can apply another type liniment cream or oil until your skin gets used to it. I use it religiously, and my wifey uses it after arnica cream or oil both of us get good relief. It requires daily use to control joint pain from arthritis and it works well enough to not need it and forgetting to reapply at least once daily. Hope they never change it, or discontinue this brand and strength.
