Very small size for younger girls

I wasn't sure which size to get so I ordered all the sizes for my daughter. The mini is the smallest. she says it doesn't feel bulky and she likes the wrappers which are like little bags (not like ripping wrappers that I used). photo shows the size compared to another teen brand that we had used previously that she didn't love
