Great product - Great Service!

We received two of these carriage light. They were very attractive. But one had a loose solder point--due to being mishandled in transit, we suspect. (The box holding the ""defective"" one was caved in!) We notified Hayneedle and they promptly sent a replacement. Even before we mailed the ""defective"" one back, using a prepaid FedEx label provided by Customer Service. The new one arrived in perfect shape, and we now have two very lovely carriage lights--one on either side of the garage door. That is what we call great customer service!
