Part of the items I ordered were never delivered. I ordered four packs of Tena Intimate Overnight underwear and only received two packs. I paid for four, but have not received the other two packs. I was charged for four packs, but only received two packs. I need my payment method readjusted to paying for two, not four packs. Poor online purchase experience.
