Bad Delivery people

A two only because it does look good. I got a text saying it was delivered on my back porch but it wasn't. They said to wait 2 days because sometimes the delivery people send a text before it is actually delivered. I waited 4 days and got nothing so they said they would issure a refund. I found one on amazon and ordered it then the next day my package was delivered so I tried to cancel the one from amazon because I don't need 2, it was for a christmas gift and amazon said they can't cancel it so I will have to send it back, a lot of undue chaos for nothing. They need to use a good delivery company. A guy in a rental truck delivered it,
