Vehicle Cabin %26 Air Filters - 1 of 4 Unusable

Ordered two engine air filters and two cabin filters for two different vehicles - the first three arrived in corrugated boxes in perfect condition. The fourth was originally cancelled by WalMart because of an inability to ship direct from WalMart. Went back on WalMart's website, found the same FRAM CA12295 for $0.60 more from a third party seller on WalMart, ordered it. It was shipped in a poly bag (not a box), came in crushed and unusable. WalMart just cancelled my order with no recourse other than a simple refund - this was the air filter I needed most, so only 1 star. WalMart requested it back for refund, have yet to receive return shipping info from WalMart for this $14 item . . . .
