Beware, it will tone down the brightness a fair amount.

Looks great and easy to install! Be careful though; the light is dimmed a bit by the shade and glass. You may want to go with a cooler temp bulb or higher wattage to compensate. It works for me since I'm installing these in the basement where we generally watch movies, but decided to go 4 stars since it's not clear the fixture tones down the light. I have these on a dimmer switch and that works well.
