Momeni Shalimar Medallion Area Rug

This is the rug I ordered (beige), however, I received a blue rug. The website says the rug is hand hooked which is what I wanted; however, the label on the rug says hand tufted which is a totaly different quality. Hand tufted sheds and not what I want or ordered. Very disappointed...been trying to get a rug for two months...my second order from hayneedle (first rug said blue and it was green). Will say they have paid postage both times to return rugs but frustrated with the hassle of having to get credit and repackage the rugs for return. Won't order from them again!!
