Could've been higher
It's somewhat complete at this point. We are missing a vital board for the twist slide. However when I called they immediately put in to send us the missing board no questions asked. Buuuut it's going to take several days to come in, I don't think it ships right away :(. Definitely takes more than one person and more than 1 day to build
Missing instructions and pieces
The wring directions came with it so my husband had to improvise. Several boards were missing and many bolts and screws. Fortunately, my husband knows about building and he has a shop full of boards, screws and bolts and was able to look at the picture and produce a finished product close to what the picture looked like and had it done in 3 days by himself in time for Christmas.

Pain of a company
I would recommend this product but not the seller. We didn't get one of the slides or a piece for the slide they did send to attach it to the play set. Once I told them which pieces were missing and sent pictures from their manual they were difficult to even get them to send them. They said I would get them within 3-5 business days. Well today was day 5 and I still haven't received them. Not only did we get told the entire set was getting delivered a certain day, but then we waited almost a week later and still never showed up, I had to schedule a delivery date (which the company never told me) then I called the delivery company and they said I need to have the delivery department call me back in 5 business days to schedule it. Such a pain!! I wish they would have told me we were going to need to schedule a delivery.
