Helped me feel stable
I'm 42 and Perimenopause hit me like a freight train. I was so emotional over nothing and felt like I was going crazy. I don't want to go on hormone replacement therapy and wanted something natural. After some research I decided to try these women's vitality and felt a difference the first day I took them. They help me feel more balanced and stable and give me more energy. I love them and I'm thankful I found them. I don't think they help with that stubborn belly weight nor really help my sleep from waking up in the middle of the night or that dreaded 2am-4am window but I just ordered the hormone balance that I'm hoping will help. Highly recommend for women in Perimenopause struggling with mood swings and irritability
Makes a difference
I noticed when I forgot to take Women's Vitality this one week, (forgot to refill my pill minder! oops and lazy) And Wow! I felt so lethargic and was wondering what was different before realizing my mistake. I do not forget any more! I really love this product!! Thank you for making it!!
Exactly what I needed!
This is support, so don't expect big changes if you are not helping yourself in other ways. Because I' m trying to eat balanced, and take stresses out of life, I immediately felt changes the first 2 weeks. I started feeling a bit more energized and I did more than I should. If you are trying to balance, also make sure you are resting well and doing things to absorb these. I loved the results after 1 month and looking forward to taking them in lesser doses to keep healing and balancing my body and mind.
