Missing parts, not as shown

Arrived a week earlier than expected, that was nice. Track and wire racks seem sturdy and very similar to Elfa products for less cost. We haven't installed yet because I took an inventory and I'm missing all the closet rod holders that snap on the shelves and hold rods in place. I know you usually have to replace the whole system so I may go down to a local retailer (HD) and purchase them for $1 a piece to avoid the hassle of replacing and moving forward with life/closet organizational needs. My other issue is there is only 1 picture here and the description of what is included is vague. It DOES NOT come with the shoe rack as pictured. This is an accessory. I should know this but lied to myself about the possibility of a shoe rack. It was a good price, cheaper than Amazon, and arrived quickly so I don't can't complain. I did a lot of research, reading reviews, comparing different brands; this is a nice upgrade for under $2000. 3 stars for the inconvenience of missing parts and a little bitterness about non-existent shoe rack.
