Design Toscano Country Boy Cow Statue

I have been promising my mother a cow statue for two years. I finally came across this website and found one within my price range. The details was excellent. I gave this to her as a birthday present and it brought tears to her eyes. She was overwhelmed that I actually found the cow statue and she loved the details on it. She said she couldn't wait until spring to sit it in her "barnyard garden". She was so happy and excited.

The box arrived with an enormous hole in the side of the box. The inside box (containing the cow) was intact. Upon inspection, the cow's head and leg were broken off and it also had several breaks on the body. It also was brown and white. I had ordered a black and white cow. The distributor for this product was Wayfair and their customer service was outstanding. Instead of me having to pack up that mess they just let us dispose of it and said they would send out a new one. It still has not arrived so I'm hoping this goes okay. Because of the customer service, I would recommend Wayfair to a friend.
