Bought this clock for my mother who wears 2 hearing aids during the day but not at night. She is 80 years old. This is the first time in her life that she has not had someone wake her up. My husband set the clock. She has very deformed arthritic hands and has no problems turning the off button. The clock has not fallen over as some reviews reported. I put the shaker, under the sheet where the pillow is. This also has worked wonderful. The clock is set on 10, the highest setting and also works wonderful. We love it and so does my mother!!!
