Suggest Use for Adults: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule per day to support digestive and immune health. Continued daily use is suggested. If experiencing digestive upset, two (2) capsules daily [take one (1) in the morning and one (1) in the evening] are recommended until discomfort subsides. For Children Over 1 Year of Age: Take one (1) capsule daily. Capsule may be opened and mixed into cool drink or food. Do not add to warm or hot beverages. EXCELLENT product!
I have been very pleased with this product and have noticed positive results. It is extremely important to use a probiotic that is guaranteed potent until the expiration date. Most are only guaranteed at time of production. I store it in my refrigerator. You owe it to yourself to at least try it!

Great Results, Worth Trying!
The most important feature with this product is the "guaranteed potency through date on box when stored according to instructions below". Most probiotics only guarantee potency at time of manufacture. Through research I have learned that this is extremely important, as well as the product having several billion in cell count. I have used this product for over one month and have noticed a positive difference in my bowel/intestine heath and comfort. I also have more energy. I look forward to the next few months for long term benefits. It is certainly worth trying this product from Puritan's Pride. I am sold on the quality from this company!
