I have been reordering Doctor's Best B Complex for many years now because it is a high quality metabolically active formulation with methylated B9 (folate) and B12 (cobalamin ie cobalt) and the value for money is phenomenal! I highly recommend this formulation for people with MTHFR methylation disorder and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as part of a basic supplement regime to manage symptoms of these and any nervous system dysfunction. I have not required prescription medications for depression and fatigue. JC (Australia)
