Old nail polish sold as new

The reason I provided the low rating is that upon receipt of the nail polish, it was obvious the bottle had been either opened by a customer at the store or purchased, used, returned, and then sold online as new. Notice the pictures provided. The bottle has nail polish all over, and the bag it came in had nail polish on it. Maybe the bottle was slightly opened during transit and spilled. But the nail polish on the outside of the bottle looks like it was used. After requesting a refund, I threw it out. There are too many diseases going around these days to risk getting an infection because Walmart accepted a return, and instead of sending it back to the manufacturer, they sold it as new online. Shameful
