Bought this watch as a “treat yourself” present and am so glad I did. I ordered it online and when it arrived it wasn't working, but I took it into my local Michael Koors store and they swapped it out for free with one that was. No fuss, no hassle, great customer service! The watch itself is absolutely beautiful. The blue color is very rich and would be brilliant on any skin tone. Watch face is large and easy to see, but elegant and simple. Love this purchase and highly recommend!
