Poor Quality with Valve Housing

Have had 4 of these floor standing faucets now (keep having to replace). Each one works for a few months, they develops a hairline fracture in the valve housing and leaks. Has left permanent damage to my home. Really hoping that American Standard will do something to back up their product.
