Horze High Visibility Safety Vest with LED lights

good quality vest. had been wanting a flashing led safety vest, but couldn't find this neon green/yellow color before. I feel it's the most visible color. the lights themselves are red. there are 3 settings, fast flashing,flashing and solid. I am a bicycle rider. I don't ride at night, but sometimes it's foggy here. I've also noticed bike riders in the day using lights and have always thought, wow, that is smart. the reflective strips themselves are also wide. the mesh allows air flow when it's hot out.
