Excellent Product, according to my elderly mom.
Purchased Backaid Heat Therapy Patches doe my mom. She has chronic back issues and this product seems to provide her considerable relief. It's a good value as it works a solid 6 hours for her and allows her to sleep better. My only complaint lies with Walmart. I did not get my complete order. Was missing 2 boxes from my total order. They also substituted 2 boxes with a similar product when I chose no substitution. They did however quickly refund me the missing items when I called.

I can't believe how well these heat patches work! My pain subsides as soon as i place a patch. I am not sure why they work because there is no medication in them. But they do work. So happy with them and I definitely will purchase more.
