1986 Caprice Gas Tank Quality Review

The gas tank arrived in the time expected and was in the condition expected. Although, I haven't installed yet, I would expect zero leaks. I have added a new sending unit and zinc coating the exterior for rust protection in the future. The initial paint coating provided a good base primer to start and add rust protection zinc enamel from Krylon. Thanks for the quick response time to my order.

I have an old 86 chev caprice, 4bbl Rochester. Needed a new gas tank. Shopped all over. Parts Geek had it for a great price and it was delivered right on time. Fit perfectly, like oem. Delighted with the transaction - price, delivery and fit. Hard to find one of these tanks!! Probably going to do the power steering next...through Parts Geek.
