Rimmel London Lasting Finish 25HR Breathable Foundation, Soft Beige, 1 oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I opened the bottle I was I little confused by the applicator. I have not seen many like it but thought it was worth the shot. It was tricky applying it as I am used to using a beauty blender. But after a few applications I soon got the knack of it. It was totally worth it because the foundation is lightweight and airy. There is no cakey feel on your face and it allows your skin to breathe, whilst still maintaining a full coverage! I was concerned that after a few days I would end up with a breakout but no, not a single spot in sight! This foundation really has won me over! Was even pinched by my teenager who liked it too! If your looking for lightweight foundation that still maintains full coverage without the massive pricetag then this is the foundation for you!

I really love this foundation. I wanted to give more expensive brands a try but I saw this and it caught my attention with the applicator. I'm so glad I tried it. It has a somewhat strong scent to it. Very sweet smell like a perfume. I noticed it more at the beginning but now it doesn't seem as strong. Sometimes foundations with scents make me breakout, this one doesn't. It's feels very light on the skin. Definitely medium to high coverage. It stays on all day, I work in an office so I don't do anything very intense. The color you apply on is the color is stays. It is however a tiny bit darker that it looks in the bottle. I have already recommended it to my coworkers who agree it looks really nice. It has gotten patchy around my nose and creases a few times. These were the days when I didn't moisturize my face so I recommend you use a moisturizer before applying on foundation. I also blend it in with a makeup brush and there have been to lines on my face from it. I don't set my foundation with powders so I'm not sure how that may change the appearance of it.
