I had a wonderful experience with customer service at American standard. The representative was attentive and asked for specific pictures to help identify the flush I needed. I was a little nervous when the part came, because it looked a little small, but I was pleasantly surprised to see how well the part fit. My toilet is like new and I will purchase another part for my other toilet.
