Opulence Soap Dispenser

I bought my entire kitchen (2 sinks) and master bathroom (shower heads, grab bars and two sinks). However the soap dispensers are leaking the soap around the screw in tower. There is a white washer that is broken in (3) of the 4 soap dispensers I bought. Can I get new washers or soap dispensers for Gerber since they bought out Danze a few years ago.

Classic black is perfect.

I have had this liquid soap dispenser in my kitchen for about six years. I love the way it looks, but was never able to fill it with soap because the top is impossible to pull up. Even my plumber could hardly do it. I don't know what the problem is, but I wish it could be resolved. Not happy.
