Delta victorian flush lever front mount

I do love my faucets in the bathrooms & like the look of this toilet lever but now this is the second lever that has broken off, we have 3 bathrooms, last year one broke off and last week the other bathroom lever broke off. It is not from abuse only 2 people live here and are very easy on the house. Also as one review said the handle does not fit snug on the tank as others do. We built the house in 2009 so everything is pretty new. Very disappointed in the performance and the cost to replace. Last year it was $25.00 and this time $33.00. I will call the 800 number tomorrow as today is 1-1-2014

Alas, my 75060-RB tank lever has also broken cleanly apart.

I am very happy with the coordinating Victorian collection bathroom products which I have installed, however yesterday the 75060-RB tank lever handle cleanly snapped off the lever. Please refer to the uploaded images. This item is installed in a secondary guest bathroom, and has not been subjected to continuous daily usage. I am disappointed with the durability of the tank lever, but have too many Victorian products installed to justify changing the product style.

Design flaw?????

I think there must be a design flaw. I also have coordinating pieces, so hard to change. Like others I have replaced two of these in 2 years when it broke in the exact same place where the neck narrows on the handle. When I purchased, it was with the expectation that it would last a lifetime. I have found Delta to make excellent products, but this item has been overlooked by the designers.
