Does the trick

I use this over the matte foundation as a concealer & highlighter. It's akin to oil over acrylic. You can do it & it does the trick but perhaps I should've gotten a matte foundation in a lighter shade. OR Perhaps Dior should make a matte non transfer concealer to accompany its foundation range.
