Cheap quality and seller wont refund

The dress looks pretty but when received the jewels were falling off inside the packaging. Dress is very cheesy and doesnt look nice in person like the photo. Worse of all the website says can be returned to the store and I was given a barcode to use BUT when I got to Walmart it said I needed to call. I sent a message to the seller who is ONLY offering 15% off next order. I dont want anything else --I want my money back for this useless piece of thread.
