Replacement case

I purchased UAG - Apple AirPods 3rd Generation [U] Dot Case - Black back on 1/9/22 and in less than 3 months, the top silicone for the cover got so loose. It provided no protection. I reached out to Urban Armour Gear who were nice enough to provide me with a replacement product: Standard Issue Silicone_001 Case For AirPods (3rd Gen, 2021) which has protected by AirPods adequately. Although I was disappointing by the quality of my original purchase, I do appreciate by the response from Urban Armour Gear in trying to rectify the situation.
