Purchased in June 2005 and it lasted until December 30, 2017 before the handle sheared off. Twelve and a half years as the main toilet flush handle for a family of four. It got a lot of use before breaking. So many other reviewers noted that there's broke off within a year, but mine survived over a decade. I'm replacing it with the same model and I'll expect it to last at least as long. If it had not broken at all, I would have given it five stars.
