This is my second purchase of this item after being really happy with first one. It was easy to install, looks nice, and is easy to operate. It eliminates the need for a key, though there is one included so is perfect for an elderly parents home. All children have easy access to enter and immediate access can be given to emergency services on the phone if a parent cannot get to the phone. And the access code is easy to change.
