Great but

Not puppy proof. Loved them for the time I did get to wear them. Like a month. Shame that they wouldn't at least help repair or something. But my own fault. When I can afford them I'll get more. But I recommend them just put them up when not wearing.

Wish they came in red for weddings (jk)

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. If they were "cute" I'd wear them with shorts, sundresses, to parties & weddings. I'm serious! (But sadly...) The first time I bought a pair, I returned to store a few days later to buy a backup pair (just in case Keen stopped making them). Even with lots of use, they stay comfortable for several seasons. And when I decided to open the saved box and donate the original, I know someone was more than a little please to find them at the thrift store. They still felt comfortable. I just bought another "backup" pair, just in case I can't get them later. They have a nice wide toe box. I found the size I was measured to be quite comfortable, but bought a half size larger because I have Mortan's Neuroma, wear an orthotic insert and like to wear thicker socks. I think a normal person would find them true to size; I just don't want any restrictions on my toes in the width. The ankle high boot makes the shoe secure, so the extra room isn't a problem. (I think I'd stick to my "true size" if I got a shoe/below ankle version).. I also bought a similar shoe in the water proof version for a trip to Montana in the snow. I contacted Keen to get suggestions on which style would fit the best, based on my satisfaction with the fit of the Voyaguer. The same sized Targee II waterproof mid fit a little bigger, but are great.

Second Pair

I've had this particular boots since 2009. For some reason I lost this pair at my last big hike coming back home. I thought maybe I could find something better, but yet I failed. So I bought my second pair and love them. They don't need to be broken in. I'm a moderate hiker and this boot does the trips for me. If I don't light hike I wear thinner socks. If I do long rocky hikes, I wear thick wool socks. I did buy a half size bigger due to socks.
