Recommended by my physician, I love that these prenatal vitamins are USP certified so I know the ingredients I’m putting in my body are safe and pure. I smell a mild fish smell, as I would expect with the DHA, but I don’t find it to be strong or the capsules oily as previous reviews mentioned so I suspect the coating has been improved. I find the pill easy to take, and love that the dose is 1 pill a day. I plan to continue using this brand for my vitamins.
